Vigilant: Someone who gives a careful attantion to a particular problem or situation
Vigil: a period of careful watch
Havoc: great or massive destruction
Coercion: an act or process of persuading forcefully that someone doesn't want to do
Prefecture: Office or jurisdiction or territory
Prefect: a person appointed at a position of command or authority
Ensconced: to settle securely / to shelter
Punitive: actions intended to punish people
